Purpose

Responsible for all front-of-the-house bars and restaurant staff, as well as the total operation of the bars and restaurants. Sets the standards for excellence in service to exceed guest satisfaction and expectation.

Prerequisites

Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Non-Gaming License.

Education

Minimum of two years' college education, Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management preferable. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Requires good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Knowledge of Food & Beverage service and product. Must understand and possess a strong sense of cost control. Computer literacy required. Must have verifiable experience in food service operation at a supervisory capacity.

Physical

Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length, and have the ability to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
