Purpose

To ensure buffet is stocked with fresh product at all times and to ensure the Buffet and Cafeteria are organized and clean at all times. Complete all preparatory work in kitchen and ensure that fresh products are available during operational times of the Buffet and Cafeteria.

Prerequisites

Must be age 18 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Non Gaming License.

Education

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Experience

One year food preparation preferred, but not required.

Physical

Must be able to stand and exert well paced mobility for periods up to four (4) hours in length. Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, and other items up to 40 pounds in weight. Requires normal vision, including color acuity and depth perception, reaching, bending, stooping, grasping, finger dexterity, and hand/eye coordination. Must be able to perform safely and effectively in conditions of wet floors and temperature extremes.
