Purpose

To manage the human resources, safety and training functions for the casino, to ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations; to promote the corporate culture, and to maintain positive employee relations.

Prerequisites

Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for a “Key” gaming license.

Education

4 year degree or equivalent experience required. Ongoing professional programs updating laws, regulations and personnel theory. Computer literate. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience as manager in corporate human resources department. Human Resources Generalist experience most relevant. Previous service industry environment preferred.

Physical

Requires hearing, visual and verbal skills, reaching, grasping, finger dexterity, long periods of time sitting.
