Reports to: Table Inspector

Scope: To deal, control and pace table games to ensure customer satisfaction and casino profitability.

Qualifications:

Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for "Key" gaming license.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Must have minimum one year experience dealing in a casino environment. Will train.

Skills & Abilities: Customer relations ability essential. Must be able to remain calm and maintain concentration under pressure. Excellent arithmetic skills essential. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the work place.

Physical: Position requires standing for long periods, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, bending and reaching. Cannot be color blind.
