Reports to: Quik Mart Supervisor
Scope: To perform sales transactions with guests and to maintain cleanliness and order in the store and grounds.
Qualifications:
Must be age 18 or older.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
Experience: Minimum of one year experience preferred in retail counter sales or other employment involving cash register operation.
Skills & Abilities: Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Must possess basic arithmetic skills and have the ability to handle money accurately and make change.
Physical: Requires repetitive hand/finger motions, tolerance for standing and/or walking for up to four hours at a time, bending, reaching, speaking, hearing and visual acuity in (or corrected to) the normal range. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, occasionally.
