Banquet Server
Food & Beverage Admin/HC

Reports to: Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor

Scope: Responsible for setting up and the breakdown of banquet functions. Group or banquet servicing of ala carte menus.



Qualifications:

Must be age 18 or older. Must qualify for a "non-gaming" gaming license.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.

Experience: Food service and banquet experience preferred. A knowledge of the sequence of service and banquet room procedures.

Skills & Abilities: Must be customer-driven and be able to read each guest’s needs and wants to ensure a positive dining experience. Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.

Physical: Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
