Reports to: F&B Shift Supervisor

Scope: Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and profitable operation of the bar, while providing exemplary service to both customers and cocktail staff.

Qualifications:

Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for a “non-gaming” gaming license.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required.

Experience: Must have basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and be familiar with standard drink recipes.

Skills & Abilities: Must possess basic arithmetic skills and have the ability to handle money and computerized cash register.

Physical: Must have the ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four hours in length. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
