Qualifications:
Stewarding
Reports to: Steward Supervisor
Scope: Properly clean and store all items used by the Stewarding Department. Ensures surrounding kitchen area is clean and organized.
Qualifications:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must be able to qualify for a “non-gaming” gaming license.
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required.
Experience: No experience required.
Skills & Abilities: Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
Physical: Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry dish racks weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move from area to area in the kitchen. Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise.
