Front Desk Supervisor
Lodge

Reports to: Lodge Manager

Scope: Organizes and coordinates the daily activities of the Front Desk of the Lodge. Supervises Front Desk Clerks and performs Front Desk Clerk duties, as necessary.



Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age. Must qualify for Tribal Gaming License.

Education: High School diploma or GED required. Hotel management education preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the work place.

Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk operation desired, with experience in supervision preferred. Knowledge of computer operation desired, as well.

Physical: Requires standing for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length; bending, reaching, walking, finger dexterity, grasping and repetitive motions; normal hearing and visual acuity. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
