Reports to: Purchasing Agent, F&B
Scope: Responsible for the receipt, storage, inventory control and security of all food and beverage items received in the casino. Enter weekly and monthly bids into Foodtrack, and generate shopping list from daily inventory. Performs certain duties of Purchasing Agent, F&B, in the absence of that employee
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age. Must qualify for Tribal Gaming License.
Education: High School diploma or GED required. Should have good basic arithmetic relative to inventory value calculations, and portion conversions.
Experience: Knowledge of food and beverage products desirable. Basic personal computer skills preferred.
Physical: Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, and excessive noise. Must be able to bend, stoop, and perform while standing for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds. Must be able to write legibly as well as read and understand directions and instructions.
