Reports to: Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor
Scope: Responsible for the training of all new employees Servers and Cashiers to achieve proficiency and the highest quality of guest services.
Qualifications:
Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal “Non-gaming license.
Education: High school Diploma or GED required. Completion of Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS), preferred. Knowledge of effective employee training techniques, preferred. Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations correctly. Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the work place.
Experience: Proficiency in MICROS POS System preferred. Familiarity with the beverage service from the bar.
Skills & Abilities: Must be able to easily initiate contact with new people, demonstrating a consistently pleasant personality and strong sense of guest services.
Physical: Requires normal manual and finger dexterity, and normal(or corrected to normal) visual acuity and hearing. Must be able to exert well-paced mobility of up to six hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds or more.
