Reports to: F & B Shift Supervisor
Scope: Responsible for serving cocktails and beverages from the bar to customers in the bars and on the casino floor, while providing outstanding customer service in a responsible manner.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age. Must qualify for “Non-Gaming” gaming
license.
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required.
Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the work location. Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Experience: Knowledge of bar drinks and wines helpful. Must be outgoing, with pleasant personality and strong sense of customer service.
Physical: Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift trays of drinks frequently weighing up to 20 pounds.
