Reports to: Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor

Responsible for: Responsible for the training of all new employees Cocktail Servers and Bartenders.

Scope: To achieve proficiency and the highest quality of Guest Service.



Qualifications:

Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for “Non-gaming" license.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Completion of Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS), preferred. Knowledge of effective employee training techniques, preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the work location. Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations correctly.

Experience: Proficiency in MICROS POS System and BERG Liquor Dispensing System required. Familiarity with the composition and preparation of bar drinks and the properties and characteristics of wines preferred.

Skills & Abilities: Must be able to easily initiate contact with new people, demonstrating a consistently pleasant personality and strong sense of guest service.

Physical: Must be able to exert well-paced mobility of up to six hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds or more.
