Private and business functions require a deposit in order to hold the function space. Confirmation or banquet event order is not made until Prairie Knights Casino & Resort receives a deposit and a private party contract is signed. The deposit is due at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. The remainder of the payment is to be made 3 business days prior to the function at the lodge front desk. Banuquet room doors will not be opened until full payment has been made.
*Room rental fees will be waived for the Full and Half Banquet Rooms if there is $300 in food and beverage sales. **Room rental fees will be waived for the Full Pavilion if there is $1,000 in food and beverage sales and Half Pavilion if there is $500 in food and beverage sales.

Suites in our lodge can be set up for small meetings or breakout sessions from larger meetings at the rental rate of $150.
