Private and business functions require a deposit in order to hold the function space. Confirmation or banquet event order is not made until Prairie Knights Casino & Resort receives a deposit and a private party contract is signed. The deposit is due at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. The remainder of the payment is to be made 3 business days prior to the function at the lodge front desk. Banquet room doors will not be opened until full payment has been made.
Room rental fees will be waived if the following criteria is met:
- Full Banquet Room: $400 In Food & Beverage Sales
- Half Banquet Room: $400 In Food & Beverage Sales
- Prairie View Banquet room: $400 In Food & Beverage Sales
- Badlands Banquet Room: $300 In Food & Beverage Sales
- Tatanka Banquet Room: $300 In Food & Beverage Sales
- Full Pavilion: $1,250 In Food & Beverage Sales (weekdays only)
- Half Pavilion: $750 In Food & Beverage Sales (weekdays only)
Other Room Options:
Suites in our lodge can be set up for small meetings or breakout sessions from larger meetings at the rental rate of $150.

Formal Style – For formal dining events, the full banquet room can be setup for 170 people, with 17 round tables, each seating ten. This setup can include live cooking stations and bars.

Yes, offsite shuttle service is available upon request for an additional fee and is dependent on current shuttle availability and schedule.

Do you have a food and beverage minimum?
No, we do not require a food and beverage minimum for events. You’ll have the flexibility to customize your catering needs based on your event size and preferences without any preset spending thresholds.
Do you offer in-house catering?
Yes, we provide full-service in-house catering. Our culinary team offers a wide variety of menu options, from casual buffets to elegant plated dinners, perfectly tailored to your event style and guest preferences.
Do you allow outside catering?
Yes, outside catering is permitted for special circumstances. A catering fee will apply. We recommend discussing this with our event coordinator in advance to ensure proper approvals and arrangements.
