Q1. Why is the loyalty program changing?
A. The Oahe Club launch follows a major system upgrade to the industry-leading Light and Wonder casino management system at both PKC and GRC. The system upgrade creates a foundation for more connected player experiences, streamlined operations, and future growth:
- Once the upgrade is complete at both Standing Rock casinos, guests can play at both with the same card.
- Reward Points earned at one casino can be used at the other.
Q2. When will The Oahe Club card be available at PKC?
A. The transition to the new system began on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. The new card will be available later in the week once testing is complete. Just visit Guest Services for ID verification, get your new card (old cards will not work) then set a pin number for your new card. That’s it! Your loyalty club ID number remains the same as before.
- Note: Players club members who have not been active in the last 12 months must sign up as a new player
since their information will not migrate to the new system. - GRC’s transition to The Oahe Club is slated for mid-November. PKC Oahe Club member cards and ID numbers will be active only at Prairie Knights until the transition is complete at Grand River Detailed GRC information and updates will be posted at grandrivercasino.com.
Q3. May I still use my Knight Club card?
A. No. Once The Oahe Club is fully launched, Knight Club cards will not work at the kiosk or in the slot machines.
Q4. What are new The Oahe Club tiers?
A. The Oahe Club features three new tiers:
- Signature: <15,000 Tier Status Points
- Select: 15,000-300,000 Tier Status Points
- Preferred: 300,000+ Tier Status Points
The Veterans Hero card is still available. The Legacy card has been retired, though ID numbers will remain the same.
Q5. How will The Oahe Club impact my account and benefits?
A. The new club offers a streamlined point system that consists of just two categories, each with a particular purpose:
- Tier Status Points – Determine a player’s rank in the Signature, Select, or Preferred tier (see Q6).
- Tier Status Points are earned by gaming and making retail purchases at casino venues. At PKC, this includes the Lodge, Gift Shop, Hunters Club and Lounge, Feast of the Rock, Tatanka Bar, Top This Pizza, Chester’s Chicken, and for Pavilion entertainment tickets purchased at Guest Services.
- To apply toward Tier Status Points, retail purchases must be made with cash or credit/debit. Purchases made with Reward Points, comps, discounts, offers, and/or promotions do not apply.)
- Reward Points – One dollar played (coin-in) earns one Reward Point
- Members of the Oahe Club may redeem Reward Points for free play, meals, tickets, fuel, etc., at PKC and, later, at GRC.
Q6. How will tiers in The Oahe Club be assigned and reevaluated?
A. The previous year’s play will determine each member’s tier rank for 2026. After that, player tier status will be reevaluated annually and, when necessary, adjusted on January 1 of the year beginning in 2028.
Q7. What’s different between The Oahe Club Reward Points and Knight Club points?
A. The Oahe Club Reward Points have a higher redemption rate at 1.5 x the value of Knight Club points.
- Example: 1,000 Knight Club points are worth $5, while 1,000 Oahe Club Reward Points are valued at $7.50
- Reward points can be redeemed for free play, room purchase, meal purchase, gas purchase and other items. (Similar to your comp balance with the old card.)
- Reward Points earned first are redeemed first. Example: Points earned Nov. 1, 2026, will be redeemed before points earned on Nov. 2, 2026, and so on.
- The minimum number of points to redeem at a time in slot machines is 1,000.
- Reward Points expire 12 months after they are earned and not used. Example: Points earned Nov. 1, 2026, and not used before Nov. 17, 2027, will expire on Nov. 1, 2027, and so on.
- Special offers and promotions like Pick Your Perks will continue to be based upon play, visits, or a combination of such criteria.
Q8. What happens to Knight Club comp/points after The Oahe Club is launched?
A. Knight Club comp/points will roll forward into new Reward Points balances in The Oahe Club. (See Q7 for redemption and expiration information.)
Q9. Will current offers still be available?
A. Expect to see changes. The new Light and Wonder system expands options for offers and promotions unlike any PKC has had available to date. New offers will be designed to help attract, entertain, and reward players who consistently invest their time and resources at PKC playing slots and/or table games.
- Many benefits will be of the “earn and get” variety through kiosk promotions. Example: “Earn X points today to receive a coupon for Y.”
- As before, an increased number of offers typically are available for guests with regular play and those who achieve the next level tier. However, most automatic tier discounts not linked to player activity have been retired.
- Reward Points allow members of The Oahe Club to spend them as they prefer, while Tier Points also receive a boost by retail purchases.
Q10. What can guests expect at PKC after the system update?
A. The new system capabilities are designed to make all guests’ gaming and loyalty experiences more convenient and entertaining:
- Players can access offers, promotions, and rewards information at the new kiosks as well as at the slot machines, reducing the need to leave their game.
- Alternate Account Lookup enables members to securely access their loyalty accounts using their phone number, reducing reliance on a physical card.
- As a convenience, members of The Oahe Club may print a replacement card at the kiosk (with a valid driver’s license) rather than by visiting Guest Services.
- The new system will integrate with the casino’s food and beverage platform, helping create a more connected experience across the property.
Q11. How will win/loss statements be handled for guests who visit both Standing Rock casinos?
A. Win/Loss statements will be separated by property.
Q12. How can guests stay up to date on what’s happening at the casino during the upgrade transition?
A. PKC introduced high-level changes to Knight Club members by direct mail in late August. Updates will be posted under “News” at prairieknights.com and shared through regular casino communication channels. Additional questions about what to expect may be emailed to di*****@************ts.com.
