Event tickets must be purchased online at yapsody.com.
Please ensure you have your digital ticket downloaded to your phone prior to arrival.
Once at the venue, present QR Code to usher to be scanned for entry.
No outside food or beverage is allowed in the Pavilion at any time. Glass containers, bottles or drinks are not allowed in the Pavilion.
Aluminum or plastic containers are allowed.
If you need to leave the venue and return for any reason, you may do so by having an usher scan your ticket upon leaving and re-entry.
Prairie Knights Casino is an all ages venue unless otherwise specified by the event.
Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds will not be issued except in the case of show cancellation or postponement.
Tickets are transferable by the purchaser to another party if the need arises.
The Pavilion is open to all ages. Particular shows may have age restrictions, but the public will be notified if that is the case.
Guests under the age of 21 must walk around the casino floor to get to other facilities. Guests do not need to walk outside, just along the outer wall.

Outside food or beverages
Bags, except small handbags and approved clear bags
Illicit or illegal drugs
Guests who violate these policies may be asked to leave the property. All guests are subject to search upon entry.
