Hotel Policies
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Age & Identification Requirements
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to reserve and check in.
- All guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
- A valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
- The credit card holder must be present at check-in with valid ID.
Deposits & Payments
- Third-party payment authorizations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival.
- All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
- Additional charges apply for extra persons or beds unless specified.
- Final charges will be calculated at check-out, including all applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date for a full deposit refund.
- Rate changes may apply to modified reservations.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit the full deposit.
- Early departure fees may apply.
Pet Policy
- Only dogs are permitted at Prairie Knights Casino & Resort; no other pets are allowed.
- Limited pet-friendly rooms are available and require advance reservation.
- A non-refundable fee of $25 is applicable per stay.
- Each room allows a maximum of two dogs, each weighing less than 50 pounds.
- A $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be charged to cover for excessive pet mess.
- Pets must be kenneled when left unattended.
- Housekeeping will not service room with unattended pets.
- Guests are responsible for properly disposing of all pet waste.
- Pets are not allowed in designated areas such as restaurants, lounge, meeting room, fitness center, pool area and the Casino (excludes service animals).
- Unauthorized pets in a non-pet friendly room will be charged a $150 service fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
- Prairie Knights Casino & Resort reserves the right to request the removal of companion pets and/or service animals from the property if they disrupt other guests or display aggressive behavior towards guests or team members.

- Smoking policy: Hotel is 100% non-smoking, including vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc. A $250.00 fee will be applied for smoking violations.
