How do I join the Knight Club?
Membership is free! You can sign up online or visit Guest Services at Prairie Knights Casino. You must be at least 21 years old.
Are memberships transferable?
No, memberships are non-transferable.
What rewards do I get as a Knight Club member?
Members earn:
Points – $1 of cash play = 1 point. Points can be redeemed for free slot play.
Comps – Earned based on your play and tier level. Comps can be used for dining, concerts, lodge stays, and more.
How do I use my Knight Club card?
Slots & Video Poker: Insert your card into the card reader on the machine.
Table Games: Hand your card to the table supervisor, who will record your play time and average bet.
What are the Knight Club tiers?
There are five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite.
The higher your tier, the faster you earn comps and the more benefits you unlock.
Tier level is based on your play over the past 12 months.
Evaluations happen twice per year.
What’s the new update about linked accounts?
As of May 1, 2024, linked accounts are no longer in effect.
Each member now sees only their individual points and comp balance at kiosks.
This ensures accurate balances for every player.

Do my points or comps expire?
Yes. Points and comps expire if your account has no activity for 12 months.
What can I use comps for?
Comps can be redeemed for most non-gaming purchases at Prairie Knights, including:

What happens if I lose my Knight Club card?
Lost or stolen cards can be replaced at Guest Services with a valid photo ID.
Can I share or transfer my membership?
No. Membership is non-transferable. Points and comps may not be brokered, bartered, sold, or transferred.
How do table game rewards work?
Table game points and comps are based on:
Your average bet
The amount of time you play
These are recorded by the table supervisor and credited to your account the next day.
Are there any other rules I should know?
Multiple cards can be issued if you wish to play more than one machine at a time.
Management reserves the right to adjust balances due to error, malfunction, or fraud.
