Private and business functions require a deposit in order to hold the function space. Confirmation or banquet event order is not made until Prairie Knights Casino & Resort receives a deposit and a private party contract is signed. The deposit is due at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. The remainder of the payment is to be made 3 business days prior to the function at the lodge front desk. Banquet room doors will not be opened until full payment has been made.
Room rental fees will be waived if the following criteria is met:
- Full Banquet Room: $400 In Food & Beverage Sales
- Half Banquet Room: $400 In Food & Beverage Sales
- Prairie View Banquet room: $400 In Food & Beverage Sales
- Badlands Banquet Room: $300 In Food & Beverage Sales
- Tatanka Banquet Room: $300 In Food & Beverage Sales
- Full Pavilion: $1,250 In Food & Beverage Sales (weekdays only)
- Half Pavilion: $750 In Food & Beverage Sales (weekdays only)

Suites in our lodge can be set up for small meetings or breakout sessions from larger meetings at the rental rate of $150.
